A little off topic, but who doesn't love a good giveaway/competition.
I found this through the new look facebook page, which took me to the blog
fashion champagne.
Day 1:
I would wear this beautiful dip-hem dress that I've had my eye on every time I'm near a new look shop. I think it would be great for a day wandering along the seaside, and would be perfect to add heels to and go out in the evening. It also add some much needed colour, but without it being too close too my face (which would wash me out completely).
Day 2:
Skater dresses suit my shape very well, and I always feel great wearing them. The nautical trend has also been one that I love every summer, so the stripes in this are lovely :). I would wear this on just a lazy day at home, or off to the cinema as it would just be so comfy! I'd probably team it with my bright blue blazer as well (I'm just a little bit in love with blazers as a cover up)
Day 3:
I love collars too (I'm hoping to post a craft involving a collar when I get around to taking a picture) so this shirt dress would be perfect. I think it's probably smart enough to wear to the office (when I finally get a job in one) although I'd have to put it with black tights and court shoes. If I was wearing it more casually, I'd go for some laced pumps, or skate shoes.
Day 4:
I have been jealous of almost every beautiful printed maxi I've seen when the sun is out and this is almost exactly what I've been looking for. Great for just wearing out and about shopping or in town during the sunshine (when we get any).
Day 5:
I would love to try the peplum trend and this seems like a relatively safe way to try it out before committing to any bold prints. The black makes it a classic piece that can be styled any way which would make it great for dinner out, or an evening partying, just add a necklace, shoes and go!
Day 6:
Another gorgeous shirt dress! This one needs next to no styling as it has so much detailing in the fabric, I love the pink stripe down the middle. This would be perfect to wear to a summer wedding, or barbeque, somewhere where you're having a laugh, and looking as girly as the print!
Day 7 (nearly there):
For my final dress, this lovely twist on a skater dress. Normally I wouldn't want to draw attention to my lower half, but this is just too gorgeous not to want to wear! And that cute little v neck is crying out for a home-made necklace!
So that's it, my #7days7dresses entry. Thanks for enduring the long post :)
